This growth underscores our unwavering commitment to deepening our expertise and enhancing our market insights, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving digital asset space.
In addition to our deep defi, venture, and quant researchers spread across GSR, Brian Rudick, Managing Director of Research, has led our research team for the last three years. Brian has been featured in numerous top-tier publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and CoinDesk, to name a few. Our two newest team members include Carlos Guzman and Thomas (Toe) Bautista. Carlos joins GSR from The Block, where he was previously Research Director and helped lead the company’s consulting and bespoke research practice. He also has prior experience in management consulting and finance. Toe joins from Messari where he was a Technical Research Analyst focused on DeFi and alt-L1s, and has prior experience as a data scientist at IBM.
